At apiSanitizer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hygiene solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and the return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned sanitizing equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
